 When choosing from listed  photos on this website

Some product may not be available at that time, which the piece was designed in.. so substitutions will be used. 

for Specific wishes for certain floral product , due to  transport, inclement weather some product may not be available when pre ordered... substitutions will be made... with clients knowledge if time allows.

If all attempts at client contact fails with in the time allotted in designing the floral piece, client will not hold the designer at fault.

 Weddings : 

Product must be pre-ordered 3 weeks from wedding date. 

this ensures that product will be available from the farms or local farms. 

date of pre-order a deposit of the actual  cost of the floral product must be prepaid. If there is a change in cost that can be returned to client or taken off of services rendered it will be as soon as it is found so.  

Unfortunately, due to issues in 2022  Lilies from the Valley was left holding bills from cancellations and services rendered. It only takes one to mess with the trust of clients. Rates of services will be in the wedding section. 

the client may withdraw and cancel services  3 hours prior to delivery  if a valid reason IE: 

• hospital and contact has been made. 

• payment may be Cash if local pick up. 
• E Transfer to liliesfromthevalley@gmail.com no password is required as it is automatic deposit. 
• Credit Card and Debit through Global Payments or through Square on the website. 
• Lilies from the Valley will attempt to fulfill clients  expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime. Sometimes life happens and illness or work related issues could take president.

•  Copyright rules, such as attribution, give notice and due to content and photos. Users may share photos but please do  not say it is your work. If finished work was made for you please say so.
•  Adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.please ask  for use ( some photos are from GoDaddy with use on this website) again may share photos just say where you found them and who created them . Thank you.

• Rules,no hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. when contacting or leaving comments on this website, Facebook ,Instagram, Twitter or other social media.
• Will disable user accounts if terms are not followed
• please contact if there is an issue of any kind , as Lilies from the Valley wishes to make you a happy and returning client
